Jinxiang Precision is based in Taiwan and focuses on custom CNC precision parts machining.
Based on customer drawings and technical requirements, Jinxiang carries out machining feasibility evaluation, prototyping, process optimization, and transition to volume production, helping customers turn part requirements into processes that can be produced stably.

Jinxiang Precision is invested in and operationally supported by parent company Yuh Chyang Hardware Industrial Co., Ltd. Jinxiang has its own CNC machining equipment and carries out process development, prototyping, process optimization, and production according to each part's technical conditions.

The two companies cooperate on each project according to the part conditions, technical requirements, production quantities, and delivery needs, arranging suitable processes and manufacturing resources.

WHAT WE FOCUS ON
Starting from the drawing, material, tolerances, and product requirements, Jinxiang designs the machining drawing and confirms the machining sequence, tooling, and measurement methods.
Trial runs are used to confirm critical dimensions, machining stability, and inspection methods, providing a baseline for later production.
Tooling, machining conditions, and production cycle are adjusted based on actual machining results, reducing the risk of dimensional deviation and production abnormalities.
Production, inspection and traceability records are kept as the basis for batch comparison, anomaly analysis and further improvement.
OUR APPROACH
The founding team previously took part in process development, scale-up, and quality management in the pharmaceutical industry, and is accustomed to confirming key conditions, control methods, and possible risks before production begins.
Jinxiang brings this up-front planning mindset into CNC machining, starting from the part's purpose, critical dimensions, machining sequence, and measurement methods, and keeping the necessary production and inspection records.
Jinxiang draws on the core concepts of risk prevention, condition confirmation, and continuous improvement, and turns them into a management approach suited to the CNC machining floor.
