A drawing you can share speeds up the evaluation; if you only have a sample, you can first provide photos and basic information.
Accepted: PDF, STEP/STP, DWG, DXF, ZIP, JPG, PNG; up to 5 files, 25 MB or less per file
    Critical dimensions, tolerance and surface-treatment requirements, expected lead time, part purpose, etc. If you do not yet have complete requirements, describe your current need, application, or machining problem.

    How Your Inquiry Data Is Handled

    What Data Is Collected
    Company name, contact person, email, phone (optional), material and estimated quantity (optional), description of requirements, and any drawings or sample photos you upload.
    Purpose
    Used only to evaluate machining requirements, reply with a quotation, and follow up.
    Who Can See It
    Data is stored in the website's cloud database and private file storage (Supabase). Only administrators designated by Jinxiang can view and download it after logging in; drawings are not public. Website hosting is provided by Netlify.
    Notifications
    After you submit, the system notifies Jinxiang by email through an email service (Resend); the notification email does not attach drawings and contains no download links.
    Retention and Deletion
    After an inquiry is closed or judged invalid, attached files are automatically deleted after 730 days; files from incomplete uploads are cleared after about 24 hours. Text records of inquiries are currently retained. To ask about or request early deletion of your data, please email

      Jinxiang confirms whether the information is sufficient for evaluation and tells you about any missing items.

      Discussion and Evaluation

      Key requirements are confirmed and a suitable machining method is evaluated.

      Quotation and Prototyping

      After technical and commercial terms are confirmed, prototyping is arranged before moving into production.
